Returns, Refunds and Exchanges：
Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to BeeFix. Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Please make sure you test the part by connecting it to your device before you remove the warrant sticker. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original receipt date. Absolutely no returns will be accepted if the warranty sticker has been removed. All parts returned to BeeFix for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (15% or a $5 minimum). (NO EXCEPTIONS). You must contact BeeFix, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). A Return Authorization number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be issued. It is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. Any part returned to BeeFix with out the proper authorization or paperwork will either incur a restocking fee of 25% ( 25% of the part or $5 minimum). We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. BeeFix is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization form. Any part returned to BeeFix without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee or be returned to the sender at their own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
